MEDITATION COURSE

This is a course designed to teach fundamental meditation techniques over 6 x 60-minute sessions, allowing you time between each class to practice newly discovered techniques at home. The 6 sessions will be held at the studio every Wednesday evening. 

The course is an introduction to the world of meditation in a very clear and simple format with time for practice and to ask questions. 

It requires some courage and discipline as with each session you will be trained to further focus your mind skilfully.

You are encouraged to use “downtime” to practice stillness on your own. The more we practice, the more proficient we become.

Chairs will be provided for those who require one.

Join Christiane for a Full Moon ritual which involves gentle stretches to prepare the body, followed by deep relaxation and nurturing sound meditation.

In this deep peaceful state, you can let your intention be gently impressed upon your subconscious mind, to be followed by your conscious actions.

Feel a shift in your emotions and allow the vibrations of the sound ball wash through your body and mind to help release any tensions.

Restore your balance and harmony, renew your vitality and serenity. At the end of each session, you will feel relaxed, grounded, and reenergized.
