What a year it has been! Such challenges, growth, anger, rest, chaos… It has affected all of us in so many different ways and the next stage of lockdown may bring up more challenges. 

In my case, I am unable to fly back to Melbourne for now. All international flights have been canceled till the end of October!

As we dive into this next phase we may be depleted of resources and resilience and can make it even harder to survive. This is why despite the miles which are separating us I am more determined to be able to keep supporting you to the best of my ability. Yoga Keys is the place where we keep our wonderful community together and supported. We meditate, move, share, and find out the strength within. 

For now, I recorded a Yoga Nidra session especially for you. I know that you will benefit from this practice. Yoga Nidra accesses the relaxation response by balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems.  

SO WHAT IS HAPPENING AT YOGA KEYS?

I am excited to tell you the good news….   I am teaching on Zoom from 1/9/20. 

All classes will be free for now. 

This will keep us connected and resilient I promise you. 

I have been working on a program titled: The art of living. Every art requires a great deal of practice to develop. This program provides weekly exercises of mindfulness that invite you to experiment with your life and shape it with your own creativity.

When we meet again at the studio, you will all be motivated to continue the journey, I will lead you to our next program: Beyond the pandemic.

This will be a beautiful journey, Together we will pull through.

Here is a time table’s proposal for Zoom classes, we have 3 options:

  1. Hatha Yoga class Tuesday 7 am 
  2. Yoga Nidra Wednesday 7 am 
  3. Meditation with Q&A Thursday 7 am
